I was hired to port an existing application to more suitable web technologies. I developed new and existing functionality with ASP, SQL, XML (XMLDOM, XPath), DHTML (HTML, Javascript and CSS) and Java.
I programmed an import functionality, using XML, ASP and SQL to read data from XML formatted DesysionTeam and Desysion DeskTop export files to generate import statements.
I installed Bugzilla (bug-tracking application), and was the Bugzilla administrator. I also performed Linux (Apache, Perl and MySQL) server and NT (IIS, SQL Server) configuration and maintenance.

NT 4, IIS, ASP, Microsoft SiteServer, SQL Server 7 and MMC.
- Assist and advise internal publishers on web project development and technical,
accessibility and design guidelines
- Analyse webmaster email and server logs and recommend or implement design or structural changes accordingly
- Install, test, debug and host virtual web servers and sub-domains for projects from external
contractors
- Manage system services, user accounts and groups.
- Expert configuration of IIS servers, including custom 404s, redirects and other error pages.
